After coaching almost 6 years and acquiring hundreds of testimonials, I see health and fitness get overcomplicated way too often. There are so many blanket statements being thrown out into the world with zero context which leaves too many folks feeling like, "That's cool and all but how do I apply that to my life in tangible ways??? Is THAT really the thing I'm missing? Is there somewhere to get clear concise answers in language I can understand?"
That's what I aim to do with in person Training Tutorials, BOB, and 1:1 nutrition coaching. Clarify and personalize all that info out there in ways that can actually be applied without using shame as a motivator. There's so much more behind, "I'm sliding back into unhealthy eating habits" or "I can't control my cravings." or "Just manage your stress better." HOW do you actually do that though?
