more about me

Hey, I'm Michelle.  Sometimes health and fitness can feel...as clear as mud. If I can help clarify pieces of this, it would make my heart happy. It's crazy how confidence levels rise when taking some time to understand the mechanics of basic machines, muscles, nutrition, or how to actually make a lasting change.

I've had moments where I just wanted to have an in person conversation with a real human with health and fitness experience. I'm excited to be able to give that opportunity to other gym goers, newbies, or trainers who just want a second opinion. We'll take 30 to  60 minutes to cover all that we can.

IDEAS FOR MODIFYING MOVEMENTS so you can actually do them (Not able to do a full pushup yet? That's not a problem. Pain in your knees? You could likely find lower body variations that aren't painful.)

EDUCATION on lasting behavior change (i.e. how to actually make changes and have them stick OR finally crack the code on motivation)
