so what is it?

what if I want to take a break but still want workouts?

When you no longer need in person support, downgrade to Solo or Standard support to keep access to the app + your workout history and continue on with the program. Book a Tutorial Session for in person feedback as needed or upgrade and purchase a package as desired. 

*if you choose to purchase another package, your Solo or Standard Membership payment plan will be paused for the duration of your Premium Membership so you don't get double billed

what kind of plan do I get?

4  60 minute sessions/month (once a week)


You'll receive access to the 3/4 day BOB 2.0 plan as laid out here. Meet me in person 1, 2, or 3 times a week based on the package you purchase.


Gain access to BOB 2.0 in the Coach RX app + meet me in person to be taken through a workout and receive direct feedback or swaps as needed. You'll also get once a week comments and messaging from Michelle in the app upon completing additional workouts or uploading a form video for feedback. 

what does pricing look like?

  • All sessions must be used within the month, there’s no carryover
  • Packages are purchased monthly unless you decide to opt into a Solo or Standard Membership subscription instead

what about the other days when I don't meet you in person?

You get access to the 3/4 day BOB 2.0 plan regardless of package booked so you can still get a workout in on your own via the app even if we’re not meeting that day! 


YOU FILL OUT A TRAINING REQUEST which includes: package selection which BOB program (or maybe you need help figuring it out) current goals (allows me to refer you elsewhere if we’re not a good fit), training history + experience, current injuries/limitations (allows me to know if the program is a good fit), location preference (White Pigeon/Middlebury), day/time preference (Friday’s/weekends are unavailable)
